Not only are breakfast bars yummy as anything – they’re a great snack for people who are ‘on the go’. Bake them in numbers and enjoy them all week. Perfect for the whole family and all all occasions.

1 cup sesame

1 cup sunflower

1 cup papitas

1 cup coconut

2 cups popped amaranth

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup linseeds

1 cup almonds

1 cup olive oil

1 cup taxini

1/2 agave

1/2 Maple syrup

5 tablespoons of doterra vanilla trim shake

I tablespoon of doterra greens

6 drops doterra Cinnamon oil

6 eggs

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together
  2. Mix eggs add maple syrup, taxini and olive oil
  3. Mix the dry mixture and the liquid mixture together
  4. Place in a lined try and bake  on 150 for maximum 30 minutes
