I just love making chocolate – this is a simple recipe I make to share with friends and family. In this recipe I use Orange oil however, you may choose to mix it up. I have made raw chocolate using Fennel, Rose, Peppermint, Orange, Cinnamon, Ginger and Geranium!
I love raw chocolate because it’s healthy, rich in flavour and really showcases each oil. You only need a small piece of chocolate to get the full benefits and to feel satisfied.
200g cacao butter
60g coconut flakes, shredded
60g goji berries
4 drops orange oil
Or 8 dates and no honey
Optional: walnuts no coconut or half walnuts and half coconut
Melt the cacao butter then mix all ingredients together
Pour in a lined tray and keep in the fridge for 2 hours before you cut
